With national high street footfall declining, Highcross Leicester needed a content approach that did more than inform – it had to inspire people to visit and return.


The brief: build a unified, flexible creative platform spanning digital channels, in-centre screens, signage, print and retailer communications, while supporting a fast-moving calendar of events and seasonal retail moments.
